1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Afam Ops, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, break the law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the platform. See our Acceptable Use & AI Policy for details on AI-generated content.
4. Plans, Credits & Billing
Paid plans and content credits are described on our pricing page. Credit costs per action are shown in-app. Billing terms apply once payment features are enabled.
5. Intellectual Property
Content you create with the tools is yours, subject to these terms. The Afam Ops platform, brand, and software remain our property.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Afam Ops is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
